Tracy Tyrone Johnson
Managing Partner, SheRay’s and Associates
Founder of the TTJ Group in Illinois is Mr. Tracy T. Johnson. He has worked closely with nonprofits, small businesses and communities in helping them with community organizing, environmental strategies, strategic planning, Substance Abuse Prevention, Coalition Building, cultural diversity and effective program. He has led projects in working with states and communities on effective substance abuse prevention strategies. Has extensive knowledge of SAMHSA’s Strategic Prevention Framework process and Strategic Initiatives.
He is the Director of Training and Technical Assistance for SheRay’s & Associates, LLC, Los Angeles, CA. He leads and directs the training needs of clients and as well as development and implementation of training plans. He identifies experts needed to fulfill the client’s needs. He oversees the 60+ expert Associates and Consultants utilized around the United States.
Raylette Johnson
Raylette is skilled at developing and implementing culturally sensitive community-based programs and Training/TA services. She is active in the community, with particular interest in working with organizations serving inner city youth and young adults. In 2015, she joined The TTJ Group, LLC as the Chief Operating Officer with the purpose of servicing organizations in the areas of specialized trainings, organization and economic development and technical assistance. In 2007, Raylette co-founded, SheRay’s & Associates, LLC out of Los Angeles, California.
In 1999, Raylette became the Community Planning Coordinator for PROTOTYPES, Centers for Innovation in Health, Mental Health and Social Services. PROTOTYPES is a nationally recognized non-profit organization, providing education, prevention and treatment services to women and their families living with HIV/AIDS. A federal grant submission entitled, PROTOTYPES Keepin’ It REAL was funded for a five year grant period from the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). Raylette was the Program Director for the PROTOTYPES Keepin’ It REAL contract and developed the first youth prevention division for the agency. As the Program Director for a substance abuse, HIV Prevention program she developed evidence based curriculums designed specifically for the Hispanic and African American populations. The program outcomes and high program evaluations led for the Keepin It REAL program to be designated as a federal model program from the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP).
Tasha Wilkerson
Director of Operations and Training
Tasha Wilkerson’s experience and expertise in training and instructional design make her a highly sought-after professional. With a Master of Arts degree in Training and Instructional Design, she has dedicated 29 years to honing her skills as a trainer and community activist. Throughout her career, Tasha has focused on strategic planning and community capacity building, utilizing her organizing, coalition-building, and staff capacity-building skills. She has worked with adults and faith leaders to create safer community environments, dedicating countless hours to collaboration and partnership.
Tasha specializes in providing customized training and action planning for local communities to improve their performance. Her expertise spans many areas, including the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF), coalition building, capacity building, evaluation, cultural competency, training design and delivery, facilitation skills, environmental strategies, community organizing, Health Disparities, equities, and evaluation. What sets Tasha apart is her passion for supporting adult learners. She integrates adult learning theory into all her training programs, ensuring participants receive the most effective and engaging learning experience possible. Her commitment to adult learners is evident in her ability to create tailored trainings that meet the unique needs of each community she works with.
