Since 1992 the Cultural Competency Enhancement Project has supported continuous quality improvement in individual cultural competency awareness and application in the healthcare employer environment.
Now, 32 years later, the Cultural Competency Enhancement Project has evolved into a Building Organizational Excellence Toolkit aimed at supporting the smallest organizations of one to small teams of community organizers to enhance their service outreach capacity, service-based cultural competency, and maximizing access to funding.
